Do you offer on location sessions?
On Location sessions: Please be aware that all sessions are outdoor sessions and may need to be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. All session locations are located within the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley Area: Chino, City of Riverside, Claremont, Corona, Fontana, Montclair, Moreno Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, and Upland. I will choose a location based on the session color scheme. A client may also choose a desired location. If a permit is required to conduct a session in a client’s desired location, the client will be responsible for obtaining the permit and any costs involved. Locations outside a 25-mile radius of the Inland Valley area are subject to a travel fee.

What does the Session Fee Cover?
Session Fee: The session fee pays for the photographer’s talent, time, editing, including any finished images in your gallery, unless otherwise stated.

What do I bring?
What to bring: All you need to bring to the photo shoot is baby, their milk (breast or bottle), diapers, and a pacifier if they take one! Props and outfits are provided by me. Special items may be used, such as blankets and props, as long as discussed beforehand.

Is there a fee for rescheduling?
Rescheduling Fees: A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to all appointments if a 24-hour notice is not given. This applies to sessions, ordering appointments, and order pickups. If you are a no call no show - a $100 fee will be required in advance prior to your next session booking.

When should I arrive for my session?
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time at the very least! It is to your advantage to be on time and ready to start the session at appointed time. All sessions start at scheduled time whether you are there or not. Starting late means you will have fewer images to choose from. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, and the $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. If you are running late please be courteous and call ahead - based on availability we may not need to reschedule but be able to start your session when you arrive.

When will I see the images or proofs?
Viewing Your Images: typically, 3 to 4 weeks is what it takes to edit a client’s gallery of images. When your images are finished and edited, you will receive an email with a link and password to your gallery with instructions. Only you and those YOU give the password to will have access to the gallery. All photos from a session will be published for 2 weeks for your downloads. After your 2-week window for download expires, your gallery will no longer be available. If you wish for your gallery to republished a $50 republishing fee will apply. Your gallery will be archived for one year, so that you have an opportunity to purchase more images, or purchase replacement images in the event they are lost. After the one year, the photos on file will be deleted, making room for future gallery files.

Will I see all images taken during my session?
Client Galleries: While I do capture many images during your session, you will see only those images I selected for previewing. Each finished image is carefully chosen to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from the archives permanently. All images are photographed in color, but are also edited black and white.

Is there a charge for editing?
Basic Editing: All final images include basic editing and retouching. This includes the removal of minor blemishes, small spots, and scratches. Anything beyond that is considered extensive retouching, and is subject to an additional artwork fee of $10/hour (minimum one hour). Extensive retouching will only be done after discussion, and with an additional contract and fees.

Can I get a re-shoot?
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your images, a re-shoot will be scheduled at no cost to you. Subjects must wear the same clothing and be photographed at the same location. If a re-shoot is desired, images from the first session will be deleted and no longer available in your gallery.

Sibling Restrictions
Sibling Restrictions: Sessions typically take 2 hours or more and it is extremely important to have a calm, peaceful environment. For this reason, other children will not be allowed at the session, unless arrangements are made with me beforehand.

Social Media
Social Media: You may not know this, but as your photographer I take pride and put heart into these captured moments and memories for you. A lot of thought and consideration is put into the editing of these images; DO NOT crop, or alter the images in any way; this will destroy the integrity of the image and the work put into it. Also, please be courteous and give credit where credit is due. It is an honor to be recognized for the work I do, and I encourage postings on social media as much as you wish!!! So please give photo credit and tag me– Roberta Sakaguchi or #bellyblossomsphotography.
